Hi everyone, *47th Edition*
apologies if you could not access our site this morning. It appears that we were under some sort of attack from a server in Denver who repeatedly accessed the same file without let up, consuming 86% of the servers resources and preventing other visitors from logging on to the site. I do not understand what these people get out of it? If they are smart enough to do these things than why not use that talent for something positive?
Guess I am a true Yogini after all, always remaining calm about these things. Well Mr./Ms. Hacker, maybe you are reading this and it will inspire you. Now on to today´s issue of Yoga Daily News.
I keep it short and simple. We have, what I would call an “open letter” from Nadya over at spinachandyoga.com who is quite concerned about her mother. But instead of me going in to it here I would suggest that you all take a look at our headline post and then follow it through to her blog.
I truly believe that if we all leave some comments, ideas etc. there, then that might just be what is needed and can help!… So let us all prove that we are still human and care.
