Greenwood Yoga Academy - Courses for beginners to teachers

Whether your life is exciting and or challenging in this busy world, or you have added responsibilities, pressures, and frustrations that may be preventing you from living your life to the fullest, participating in a single Yoga class each week with us can help to restore your Body, Mind and Soul!

From many years of experience of instructing and practicing the many traditional Yoga techniques, we advocate that you can ease the strains of your everyday living, revitalise your tired body and even quieten your busy mind with a regualr practice of Yoga.

We promote that Yoga is essentially a physical and mental discipline, which if practiced regularly, will give you greater strength, vitality and flexibility of body and mind and you will even sleep better!

A variety of classes are instructed at GYA to suit your needs and range from: Beginners, Experienced, Pregnancy, Restorative (for if you have an injury or illness) and private Yoga Therapy or Corporate Yoga classes.

Over 4 thousand people have been taught Yoga at GYA over the last 13 years and they have shared with us that they have all reaped the many benefits that Yoga practices can give them. In turn, they are now all enjoying their life more!
